Delete your Ferro account

From the app (immediately)

1. Open Ferro and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

Your account and your cloud backup are deleted. If the app asks you to sign in again, that's a security measure: sign in and repeat step 2.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Ferro account" from your account's email. We delete it, together with your cloud backup, within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your account: email, name and ID.
• Your cloud backup: workouts, routines, plans, custom exercises, body weight, measurements and weight unit.

Nothing is kept after deletion. Data on your phone is not touched: uninstall the app to remove it.
